Rick Harper has been of resident of St George since 1981. Having grown up in southern Idaho and meeting his wife Debbie while attending college in Utah, they moved to St George in 1981 and have three children and five grandchildren who also reside in St George. Southern Utah’s beautiful landscape and great weather were just too great of an attraction and such a fantastic place to raise a family. Debbie’s life-long home became our home. While we purchased our Stone Cliff property in 2004, it took us a while to get from other addresses in St George to our new home here. We have recently completed construction and moved in in March 2023.
Rick has been in the automobile industry for most of the forty years of his professional life. He currently owns and operates High Country Auto Center in Richfield Utah, a full service Chevrolet and GMC dealership that has been recognized nationally by General Motors for Sales and Service excellence and customer satisfaction.
